Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct operates for the mutual benefit of RNC’s representatives and its clients and is designed to create an awareness of the representative’s responsibility to perform their duties in an ethical and appropriate manner and to ensure that RNC maintains its reputation as a good corporate citizen. It is the responsibility of all representatives to ensure they work in a manner consistent with this Code and any additional issues contained in the client’s codes and policies.
Each representative is responsible for being uncompromisingly honest with clients and delivering projects to the client’s satisfaction. They will respect and abide by the laws, customs and business practices of the countries in which the activities with the client are to be carried out.
Commitment to Standards of Ethical Practice
Representatives of RNC are committed to demonstrating high standards of personal and professional ethical conduct, including agreeing working hours and times with the client and using RNC and its clients’ resources properly.
A Fair and Safe Environment
As a company devoted to protecting and improving the environment, RNC is committed to conducting its business in accordance with the spirit and letter of all applicable environmental laws and regulations.

Occupational Health and Safety
RNC expects its clients to be committed to ensuring a healthy, safe and clean environment for representatives and adopts a cooperative approach between clients and representatives in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety (OH&S) practices.
Drugs and Alcohol
RNC has a zero tolerance policy for the use of drugs and/or alcohol that could in any way impede the performance of the representative in their assignments with clients. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of legal drugs both over the counter and prescribed by a medical practitioner.
Facilities and Equipment
The client’s facilities and equipment can only be used for approved purposes and never for private or RNC purposes.
Confidentiality
RNC representatives ensure commercially sensitive data, records and files are stored securely and not left where visible and computer access passwords are not shared with others.
Email and Internet Access Policy
Representatives should refer to and abide by the policy of the client. In any event client email and internet facilities are not used for personal or RNC purposes.
Privacy
RNC and its representatives receive private information from its clients. Unless required by law, such personal information will not be shared with a third party.
Conflicts of Interest
A conflict of interest may arise where a representative or family member of a representative has a direct or indirect financial interest in, or receives any compensation or other benefit from any individual or firm that has business or contractual relations with RNC or its client. These are notified to RNC and the client as soon as the representative and RNC become aware of them.
Gifts & Benefits
RNC representatives must not give, seek or accept in connection with their work with clients any gift, entertainment or other personal favour or assistance which goes beyond common courtesies.
